New Training Times

Training is now from 18:00 to 20:00 on Thursday and 10:00 to 12:00 on Sunday. The extra half hour will consist of a plate-based metabolic conditioning workout, which will take place behind the SC. It might rain, so bring a coat, a towel or a change of t-shirt.

Unless you have a legitimate reason such as a timetable clash or injury, conditioning should be considered a compulsory part of your training. Remember, as aspiring to be fighters/grapplers you are making unusual demands of your bodies; your strength and fitness levels should reflect the nature of our sport(s). Make an effort to train hard, and more importantly, to train consistently.
